• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• 2+ years of experience leading a development team or managing projects.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in:

• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js

• Back-end: Node.js / Express / Django / Laravel

• Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

• Cloud & Deployment: AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

Technical (Development) Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks (the server, database, and logic behind the scenes).

• Create the architecture (structure) of software systems — defining how components communicate, what technologies to use, and how data flows.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

• Integrate third-party APIs and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Project Management & Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion.

• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Business, etc.) to align project goals.

• Maintain project documentation and regularly report progress to senior management.

• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure the team follows best practices in Agile/Scrum methodology.
