• Age At least 27 years

• Education: Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years in UI/UX design and development or a related role.

• Proven work experience with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS (including libraries/frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript (including libraries/frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

• Build clean, simple, and responsive user interfaces for websites and mobile apps.

• Work with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to turn ideas into working features.

• Help create and improve wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Write code using HTML5, CSS3 (with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript (with jQuery, React, or Angular).

• Make sure websites and apps load fast, work on all devices, and look good in all browsers.

• Test designs with real users, collect feedback, and make improvements.

• Keep the same style and brand look across all projects.

• Learn and use new tools, technologies, and design trends to improve your work.
