Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for each project.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software.
∎ Implement designs using HTML, CSS (including libraries like Bootstrap or frameworks like Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript (including libraries like jQuery or frameworks like React or Angular).
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
∎ Maintain brand identity and design standards across all software products.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Experience: At least 3 years in UI/UX design and development or a related role.
∎ Proven work experience with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS (including libraries/frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript (including libraries/frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular).
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into high-quality design solutions.
