Job Responsibilities:
∎ Website/Interface Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert design mockups into functional web pages. Ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
∎ Frontend Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web pages.
∎ User Experience (UX): Enhance the overall user experience by optimizing website performance, minimizing load times, and ensuring smooth interactions.
∎ Interactive Elements: Implement interactive features such as dropdown menus, forms, animations, sliders, and other dynamic components using JavaScript and related libraries.
∎ Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure that web pages are optimized for various screen sizes and devices, maintaining a consistent experience across different platforms.
∎ Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and troubleshoot web pages across different browsers to ensure consistent functionality and appearance.
∎ Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend code and assets (e.g., images, scripts) to improve website performance and loading speed.
∎ Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase, collaborating with other developers effectively.
∎ Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and suggest improvements.
∎ Accessibility: Ensure web pages adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to provide a seamless experience for users with disabilities.
∎ Responsive Design: Develop responsive layouts using frameworks like Bootstrap or Flexbox to ensure compatibility with different screen sizes and devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript.
∎ Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like Bootstrap, Foundation, or Materialize.
∎ Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (depending on the specific project requirements).
∎ Ability to work with Responsive Design principles and techniques.
∎ Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git.
∎ Understanding of Cross-Browser Compatibility and Web Performance optimization.
∎ Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
∎ Basic User Experience (UX) design principles and collaboration with UI/UX designers.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
∎ Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation.
∎ Familiarity with API integration and data fetching.
∎ Understanding of Web Security best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Continuous learning and keeping up with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
