∎ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Having certification in CCNA, DBA, MCP, ITTL will give preference.

∎ At least 5 years of experience in corporate/ INGO or reputed national NGOs.
∎ Experience in operating an appropriate ICT system, updated skill in system analysis and user support/training.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux solutions, Cloud Storage, Wireless Networks, and surveillance system administration.
∎ Experience to work in SUN accounting systems and Hospital management systems will be preferred .
∎ At least 5 years of experience in corporate/ INGO or reputed national NGOs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops; desktop applications, and operating systems (e.g., Customized databases, MS Office 365, Windows, Linux, Android, etc.)
∎ Installation, configurations, and management of network solutions in the modern workplace, e.g. Firewall, Active directory, IPTSP, NVR, Access point, Switches, routers, modems, network printers etc.
∎ Network administration and maintenance.
∎ Liaison, monitor external repairs and track vendor’s service warranty for the repaired equipment.
∎ Monitor service rate according to SLA and part's price is reasonable as per current market price.
∎ Support training meetings at Clinics /Project Offices when required to give advice/assistance on IT issues.
∎ On-premises and cloud-based MIS systems like PMIS, Medical, Inventory, sales systems etc support reporting and user training delivery.
∎ Receive and respond to support requests according to IT protocols and maintain proper documentation.

∎ MSB is looking for Officer- IT& MIS. He/she will provide IT and MIS support to users at HO, Clinics, and other Project offices. His/her major responsibilities will include network and desktop support with Anti-Virus measures, data communications and user information preservation, LAN server administration, hardware support, IT inventory and license management, and replication of IT policies & procedures. The position will be based in Country Support Office, Dhaka, and travel field frequently.
∎ Key Role:
