Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our IT department in deploying and managing various IT solutions for our entertainment, fitness, and hospitality businesses. The IT Manager will be responsible for deploying CRM solutions, managing websites, hosting, IT infrastructure, data analysis, digital lead generation, MIS, and developing a fresh team of IT professionals.
∎ Lead the deployment and management of CRM solutions across all business units.
∎ Oversee the development, maintenance, and updates of company websites to ensure they align with business objectives and provide an optimal user experience.
∎ Manage hosting services, ensuring uptime, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
∎ Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
∎ Lead data analysis initiatives to derive insights and inform business decisions.
∎ Drive digital lead generation efforts, utilizing various digital channels to attract and engage customers.
∎ Develop and implement Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing IT team capable of supporting the diverse needs of the organization.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide IT solutions that meet those needs.
∎ Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive business success.
∎ Prepare and present reports and presentations on research findings, project progress, and recommendations to top management.
