Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Store Maintenance and Housekeeping: Ensure the IT store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to facilitate efficient operations.
∎ Stock Handling and Storage: Oversee the proper handling and storage of stocks to prevent damage and manage the monitoring and reporting of any broken or damaged items.
∎ Order Accuracy and Timely Delivery: Ensure that picked stocks are accurately checked and delivered on time.
∎ Inventory Management: Oversee all inventory management functions, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
∎ Audit Collaboration: Work closely with the Audit Team, led by Finance, Quality, or IT departments, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
∎ Product Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming products and stocks from production, ensuring thorough checks upon receipt.
∎ System Encoding and Reporting: Ensure accurate encoding of stocks into the system and maintain proper documentation for all necessary reports.
∎ Quality Assurance: Monitor all quality-related functions within the store to ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Store Operations: Take overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the store.
∎ IT and Facilities Support: Assist the IT and Facilities teams with the prompt delivery and distribution of laptops and other IT equipment as needed.
