Graduate in any discipline - Science background preferred but not mandatory.
Strong English Communication skills.
Good Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.Good attention to detail and good learning agility.
Proficiency in using WFM software and scheduling tools (Preferably Calabrio).
Ability to think critically and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Must be able to work on roster basis.

About the Role:
We are looking for a WFM – Reporting & Analytics professional with strong analytical skills, and proficiency in WFM tools and Excel/Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will monitor intraday performance, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure service level adherence.
Job Description:
Monitor intraday performance across queues and channels to meet service level targets.
Identify and escalate real-time forecast variances and adherence gaps.
Drive adoption of WFM dashboards, adherence tools, and intraday planners.
Support continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.
Provide actionable insights to help teams make data-driven decisions.
