• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Sports Complex

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 40 to 42 years

• Knowledge of AI-based business transformation and intelligent process automation within ERP environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

• Understanding business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL and system integration

• Experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and AI-assisted platforms for ERP implementation and process automation.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ERP systems and workflows

• Analyse business requirements and existing workflows to identify ERP needs

• Design and recommend ERP solutions aligned with organisational processes

• Configure, customise, and implement ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)

• Manage ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, testing and deployment

• Conduct data migration, validation, and system integration with other platforms

• Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution

• Prepare functional and technical documentation, reports and user manuals

• Collaborate with developers, analysts and management teams

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

• Support change management and ensure user adoption of ERP systems

• Ability to apply AI-driven solutions for workflow optimisation, reporting, documentation and productivity improvement.
