Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cosmos Group is looking for an expert IT Support executive.
∎ Job Description
∎ 1. User PC troubleshooting and maintenance (Hardware and Software)
∎ 2. Knowledge of basic office application troubleshooting (outlook, word, excel, etc)
∎ 3. Knowledge of cabling and LAN troubleshooting
∎ 4. Expertise in resolving on-premises network-related issues and WIFI troubleshooting
∎ 5. Expertise in troubleshooting of projectors and printer
