Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stay in communication with the client’s customer support team and onboarding team.
∎ Receive technical issues forwarded by the CS and Onboarding teams and troubleshoot the issues.
∎ Collaborate closely with the client’s development team.
∎ Web designing (creating and editing).
∎ Utilizing CSM Solutions such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
∎ Using popular website building services (e.g. Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy GoCentral, etc.
∎ Use browser developer tools for debugging.
∎ Stay in communication with the client’s customer support team and onboarding team.
