∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Hotel managemant
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hotel front desk, Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
∎ Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
∎ Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
∎ Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
∎ Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.
∎ Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.
∎ You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service and maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidate should be presentable.
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day off and all govt. holiday.
∎ Accommodation facilities with AC Room.
∎ Food facilities (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
