Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong relationship with the customers/guests/clients over the phone & face to face.
∎ To organize smooth front officer operation
∎ Greet members/guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Assisting members in finding their way around the office.
∎ Announcing members as necessary.
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
∎ Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
∎ Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
∎ Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
∎ Sorting and distributing mail.
∎ Knowledge ms word, excel, browsing skill.
∎ Keep a record staff movement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
