Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage front desk/reception counter.
∎ Respond all telephone and intercom calls and finish conversation smoothly and politely.
∎ Receive any visitor cordially and provide the required information.
∎ Take and transmit messages as per necessity.
∎ Dispatch courier mails and keeping record of them.
∎ Keep the reception area neat, clean, calm and quiet.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the management.
∎ May have to perform additional responsibilities of the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Ability to handle multi-tasking and work well under pressure.
∎ Good social and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Conversant with the MS-Excel, MS-Word.
