Responsibilities & Context: The candidate will be responsible for receiving phone calls from students, responding to inquiries, and guiding them with accurate information about our services. She will handle walk-in clients professionally, manage and convince potential students to visit our office for counseling, and maintain regular communication through phone calls and social media messages. Providing friendly, supportive, and organized customer service will be a key part of this role.
