Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily meals for the Managing Director in accordance with Dietary and calorie specifications.
Maintain daily calorie counts and nutrition charts accurately.
Plan and adjust menus to support health goals and dietary instructions.
Ensure proper portion control, cooking methods, and nutritional balance.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Oversee kitchen supplies, quantities, ingredient quality, expiration dates, and packaging.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
