∎ Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To ensure proper management of Food & Beverage Section and ensure quality of foods, health and hygiene, reduce wastage and profit target. The food and beverage service supervisor may also maintain inventory and control costs.
∎ Job Location Dhaka(Uttara, Sector 4)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to all members/guests.
∎ Take ownership of a member/guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
∎ Manage the entire restaurant operation.
∎ Plan new and update existing menus.
∎ Verify all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest's expectations.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of beverage preparation and service.
∎ Ensuring Booking &member/guest reservations are processed accurately.
∎ Undertaking various kitchen-related tasks and help the kitchen if any problem arises including slow delivery of food after order is placed.
∎ To forecast and make sure correct food stock levels are in place on a daily basis.
∎ Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
∎ Perform any other tasks assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Food and Beverage
∎ A secondary school diploma is required
∎ Completion of a food service administration, hotel or restaurant management course is an asset
∎ Excellent sales skills
∎ Excellent member/guests service skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Proven human resource management skills such as training, motivation,
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Must be of legal drinking age if working in a licensed facility
∎ Knowledge of the products, services, sectors, industry and local area
∎ Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
∎ Serving It Right
