∎ Client Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, especially in the corporate sector.
∎ Staff Training: Conduct targeted training programs for waiters, emphasizing customer service and industry best practices.
∎ Customer Service: Exhibit excellent customer handling skills, promptly addressing and resolving customer issues.
∎ Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
∎ Strong understanding of Motijheel's dining and hospitality landscape.
∎ Established a network with clients, particularly in the corporate sector.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service, and industry best practices.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
