Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our Happiness cafe at Gulshan Avenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food and beverage services, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record in managing teams and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs, including menu pricing, cost control, and budgeting.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff, resolving customer complaints, and fostering a positive dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative and profitable menus.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Manage the purchasing process, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
