∎ Candidate should have the ability to arrange and manage 60+ staffs.
∎ Candidate must have to be honest/loyal to the company.
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Who can drive motor bike, he will get more priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To improve the food taste quality of Super Hostel Members.
∎ Have to increase the food satisfaction of the members of Super hostel.
∎ To prepare daily meal menu on weekly/monthly basis.
∎ To develop the demand sheet (purchase requisition) for every branch and hand it over to the supply chain.
∎ Give training to the Cook and Kitchen staffs for improving the food taste and monitor them regularly and give necessary guidance to improve food quality.
∎ Must have good understanding of cooking equipment and various machines to make kitchen work more efficient.
∎ To monitor and maintain all types of kitchen hygiene properly.
∎ To visit all the branch as schedule basis and talk with members about the food taste quality and if have any complain about food then take necessary steps to improve the customer satisfaction.
∎ Have to decrease the unnecessary food making cost and food waste.
∎ Must have good skill to make Bangla and Chinese food.
∎ Any other task assign by the top management.
