Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on Flutter development experience with real-time features like video/audio calls and messaging.
∎ Experience integrating native SDKs (Android/iOS) via platform channels for media streaming.
∎ Strong understanding of WebRTC, SIP, RTP, SRTP protocols.
∎ Proficiency in Dart with solid OOP and state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod).
∎ Knowledge of Flutter plugin architecture for bridging native code.
∎ Familiarity with performance optimization, network monitoring, and testing tools.
∎ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter development.
∎ Experience with Firebase services like FCM, Realtime DB is a plus.
∎ Experience building/consuming chat and video call SDKs is highly desirable.
∎ Native Android/iOS development experience to support advanced integrations.
∎ Familiarity with video streaming protocols and encoding techniques.
∎ Experience using Agora, Twilio, or Janus gateway with Flutter apps.
∎ Experience with call handling across foreground/background states in Flutter.

∎ As a Fluter App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering unique Android applications that match our client’s needs and expectations.
