Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ATA certifications or training in Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus systems.
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus.
∎ Advanced knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
∎ Proven experience with airline ticketing, fare searches, reservations, and booking management.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written).
∎ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
∎ Ability to deal with airline staff and handle customer queries effectively.
∎ Experience with Hajj and Umrah-related PNR bookings is preferred.
∎ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle crises.
∎ Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
∎ Issue and reissue tickets, handle voids, and process refunds.
∎ Book group tickets and handle EMD issuance.
∎ Maintain effective communication with airlines and customers.
∎ Ensure accurate use of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for booking, fare quotes, and ticket issuance.
∎ Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Work with clients to provide optimal flight solutions, particularly for Hajj and Umrah bookings.
∎ Monitor and manage risk in booking processes.
