Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 4 years BA Degree with focused training in Technical Design, Patternmaking, or relevant experience·

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Office 365), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)·
• 2 years minimum industry experience (preferably within the Technical Design and/or Patternmaking Departments)·
• Proficiency with PLM software· Familiarity or proficiency with Lectra Pattern Making·
• Understand both knitted and woven product (apparel and accessories)·
• Team work mindset and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

Fit/workmanship control/assessment:

• Analyzing the garment’s fit based on the requirements (pattern/size chart/workmanship sketches) and general look (flat/on dummy), summarizing in a clear and concise manner the points to be improved/corrected for the supplier’s attention.

Collaboration:

• Sharing the fitting comments/Conducting video fit sessions with overseas colleagues (buyers, designers) to assess the fit of garments and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize sewing methods, consolidate production processes, discuss with pattern maker to improve support, increase quotation profit

Alterations:

• Making precise alterations to the pattern on Lectra Modaris and size chart to achieve the desired fit and garment appearance.
• Discuss pattern from issues with the pattern maker, raise Fitting issues, and support pattern adjustment.

Quality Control:

• Ensuring that finished garments meet the required standards of fit, comfort, workmanship and style.

Documentation:

• Keeping detailed records of fitting adjustments and alterations for future reference
