8 to 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in Cattle and Fish feed.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit potential dealers to collect sales orders and ensure target achievement.
Identify and approach potential dealers to create new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Promote cattle feed and achieve sales targets as per business plan.
Provide necessary support to farmers and address their concerns effectively.
Gather and report competitor activities, including policies, offers, and strategies, to facilitate informed decision-making.
To support management`s strategic planning, and provide feedback on market trends and the cattle/fish feed industry.
Monitor the progress of new products and share market feedback with supervisors.
Address and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
