∎ Age 29 to 36 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare an action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target
∎ Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target
∎ Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as market creation
∎ Ensure a periodic visit to all the farms to build a strong relationship with all the farmers.
∎ Ensure necessary support to the farmers and ensure their retention.
∎ Collect and share the competitor's information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.
∎ Provide required feedback to the supervisor/ management about the present scenario and future aqua feed market trends to facilitate decision-making.
∎ Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.
∎ Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.
∎ Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company to achieve the monthly cattle sales target.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
