∎ Minimum HSC/ Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Monitor and control quality system.
∎ Improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the machine.
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts.
∎ Update information on key operational.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc. also must be following up day-to-day target work.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on-time shipment & should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per layout & the daily style-wise target achievement.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as production nature discussing with the senior production manager.
∎ Take preventive action for making non-conformance products & take corrective action for non-conformance products.
∎ Coordination of quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generated during processing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs;
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
