Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate calibre in the field of ME/IPE/EEE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation and ensure the agreed service level of Engineering department.
∎
∎ Implement standard preventive maintenance covering all the machineries of the Factory.
∎ Ensuring the updated data for each B/D in the floor to monitor and control root cause analysis against the common fault through special software.
∎ Ensure all the spare parts availability in store to reduce the correction time.
∎ Control financial performance of Engineering Department
∎
∎ Ensure the proper preventive maintenance to reduce the break down maintenance and also proper utilization of all the spare parts and Engineering consumable to support EM to ensure budget limit.
∎ Ensure the total productive maintenance by our own resources to minimize the cost involving the third party.
∎ Understand the annual revenue budgets for engineering spread out it to all stake holders and maintained throughout the year with any major variances highlighted.
∎ Control health and safety related and environmental safety related issues comply with Local and global requirements
∎
∎ Ensure the General shift operation of the plant engineering team adhere to the current company health and safety and environmental safety procedures whilst making suggestions for improvement.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of ETP which can comply DoE requirements as well as global requirements.
∎ Ensure all the certification as per the local government role for the plant operation.
∎ Ensure the implementation of environment friendly operation to minimize the energy consumption
∎ Manage and develop Engineering Team:
∎
∎ Lead, coach and direct Engineers to maintain and improve performance so they can adopt world class maintenance practices.
∎ Ensure the proper follow up, monitoring and control of different zones or machineries through the zones accountable
∎ Ensure proper training through skill matrix and training plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a dye house environment advantageous
∎ Previous engineering management experience would add advantages
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply both male & female
∎ Health and safety management systems
∎ In-depth knowledge of the local rules and regulations governing H&S
∎ Environmental policy
∎ Local environmental legislation
∎ Preventative maintenance techniques
∎ Working knowledge of ISO 14001 will be an advantageous
∎ Strong language skills [English & Bengali]
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to motivate and lead the team
∎ Good Team leadership capability
∎ Good presentation skills
