∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Daily Production.
∎ Must have experience in Jacket manufacturing plant.
∎ Supervising and managing a team of finishing personnel to ensure timely and quality completion of garment production.
∎ Developing and implementing finishing processes and procedures to ensure that garments meet quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Coordinating with other departments, such as production, quality control, and shipping, to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of finished products.
∎ Monitoring production progress and identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Managing inventory of finishing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure adequate supply and proper maintenance.
∎ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
∎ Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and productivity.
∎ Maintaining records of production data, quality control reports, and other relevant information to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
∎ Collaborating with other managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Staying up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Able to do work under pressure.
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
