∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Who is having an experience buyer handling - H&M will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the layout and process flow as per H&M Procesure.
∎ To ensure timely shipment as per H&M requirement.
∎ To complete the finishing production target as per discussion with concerns & to realize the target with quality.
∎ To maintain liaison with sewing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ To take timely action if iron, Folding & packing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Responsible for strong finishing floor management.
∎ Coordinate with the planning department for the finishing plan for smooth shipment delivery on time and the same is been executed.
∎ Ensure with the dispatch/ production account department for the same size-wise, PO-wise, color-wise, and assortment-wise input feeding to finishing modular lines as per the finishing line plan and shipment plan.
∎ Any other assignment by management
