Educational Requirements:
∎ An MBA or BBA graduate (Finance major) with a solid track record of academic achievement
∎ Strong interest to work in the fintech space
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain financial models on existing and potential business ventures of the company, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review to support valuation, planning, and decision making
∎ Undertaking research into specific sectors
∎ Producing market developments updates in sectors relevant for TallyKhata, monitoring factors that could have an impact on the company business, using open-source information and specialized publications
∎ Review financial and operating performance of the company using historical data and identify trends and variances from set KPIs and opportunities through meaningful evaluation
∎ Produce and provide financial performance data to investors in the company in guided format using cross-functional data
∎ Assist the senior management team in evaluating company capital projections and in fund raising initiatives by preparing presentations and investment materials for potential investors and participating in meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present ideas
∎ Report writing and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Analytical, research and valuation skills, including the ability to analyse company financial statements, sector data, economics and relevant political events
∎ Understanding of capital structure of companies and the challenges/issues involved with different types of financing
