Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the analysis of complex business problems and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance.
∎ Analyze financial and operational data of Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
∎ Support long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling for individual SBUs.
∎ Design and implement business intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure analytical work supports overall strategic objectives.
∎ Monitor and report on the financial performance of business units on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
∎ Evaluate business processes, KPIs, and financial metrics to recommend improvements and cost optimization strategies.
∎ Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
∎ Provide analytical support for digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and other cross-functional projects.
