Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA a plus;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result # 1 - Oversee the Rohingya Project’s Petty Cash and Financial System
∎ Monitor the petty cash, ensure petty cash is managed according to finance policies.
∎ Ensure the safe and timely distribution of petty cash, following organizations policies and procedures;
∎ Manage cheque payments, ensuring appropriate documentation, signatures and complete paperwork;
∎ Ensure all payments are made within established / given time limits; and
∎ Process all payments for local procurement, logistics and routine transactions in accordance to policies
∎ Key Result Area #2 – Reports and Records Maintenance and Assistance
∎ Monitor JRRP agreements (i.e. rental agreement for office and warehouse) and process payments as per agreements; share those agreements to the relevant directors.
∎ Key Result Area #3 – Personal Growth, Development, and Responsibilities
∎ Maintain and manage individual goals to ensure objectives are achieved.
∎ Pursue ongoing training in the form of seminars, conferences, and online learning opportunities.
∎ Manage and maintain all JRRP policies and procedures and live out the organizations values.
