∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Qualified CIMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Preparation of Annual Feasibility Plan
∎ 2. Review of Financial Build Up / Performance reports
∎ 3. Ensure proper cost management & control ie Man Power / Over Heads etc
∎ 4. Cash Flow Management and Fund planning and management
∎ 5. Review Salaries and Benefit Reports & Ensure timely payments to employees (payroll)
∎ 6. Review of Warehouse Operations & Controls
∎ 7. Working Capital Management
∎ 8. Projects, Capex monitoring and tracking
∎ 9. Ensure compliance of purchase policy
∎ 10. Have weekly and monthly reviews with corporate finance ie AR/AP/GL/FS
∎ 11. Review final accounts with Commercial Finance on Margin Account / Margin Ac reco / Approval of LC / Sales Contract
∎ 12. Partnering with Business Head to achieve committed target and driving improvements
∎ 13. Timely Submission of Reports originating from Units ie Build Up / SMV / Performance /Cash Flow / P & H / Capex / Forecasts / Inventory / Man power/ any other reports requirement as per business needs
∎ 14. Ensure Timely Statutory Payments.
∎ 15. Ensure Control over Inventory, Cycle stop taking and SOP adherences / Documentation Compliance
∎ 16. Ensure compliance and adherence to all IT systems.
∎ 17. Monitor & Control over MMR / Cut to Ship / Excess / Operational Efficiencies
∎ 18. Close Coordination with PPC with respect to Planning of Import and Export
∎ 19. Adherence to Company's Fixed Asset SOP
