Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in business administration or any other disciplines for having work experienced in CHTs.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Administrative file & records, to ensure and check the sound maintenance of all necessary financial record.
∎ Accounting and administrative system is properly in place.
∎ Ensuring the project supplies and equipment purchase procedure is properly maintained.
∎ To ensure that the appropriate cash and inventory control system is in place and maintenance of stock register.
∎ To maintain liaison with the bank and others as required and to ensure the maintenance of personal files and all related records.
∎ To ensure that tax and vat are collected according to the rules of the GOB and deposited into the treasury.
∎ Keep all important records and documents of the project under custody
∎ Prepare the monthly/quarterly/Yearly financial report and share with Manager-finance and Admin of GRAUS.
∎ H/she has to maintain all risk related register and ensure timely update such as safeguarding and formal risk register etc.
∎ Perform any others task to be carried out assigned by Project coordination and organizational management team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years' experiences of working in relevant position at local and national NGOs related to
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills including analytical and problem solving abilities
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to operation of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook including tally software.
∎ Knowledge on file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 36000 (Monthly)
