Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Mir City Limited is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Fieldworkers for our Rural Development Project. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, this is a great opportunity for you!
∎ Project Name: Rural Development
∎ Job Location: Union level (All local areas)
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Visit households and inform residents about the project offers and services.
∎ Confirm land visit bookings.
∎ Facilitate communication between clients and the company during different project stages.
∎ Project Highlights:
∎ The company will bear 40% of house construction costs, repayable in 5 years without interest.
∎ Three key stages of the project:
∎ Land Visit: Ownership verification, area measurement, and soil condition assessment.
∎ House Design: Up to three-story house design.
∎ Construction Signing: Legal processing and finalizing construction.
∎ Salary Structure: BDT 20,000 (With Conditions)
∎ Requirements:
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with people.
∎ Self-motivated and target-oriented.
∎ No prior experience required; training will be provided.
