Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture/ Bachelor of Arts.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Trainer, based at union level for Agriculture Livelihoods & Resilience (AL&R) is responsible for ensuring that producer group member participants have the capacity and support needed to ensure continued improved production practices that enhance production, income and savings.
∎ S/he will monitor progress at group level and work with the TO-AL&R to prescribe remedial actions. S/he will be assigned to a number of villages in a union and will engage directly with the group leaders and at times may need to deal with the community as directed by the TO-(AL&R).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Resides in the union of assignment
∎ 2-3 years working experience in agriculture sector
∎ Good understanding of Bangla and basic English Language
∎ Capacity to operate Tablet and write basic reports
∎ Good communication and facilitation capacity
∎ Field Trainer- Agriculture Livelihoods & Resilience should be given preference for recruitment from working Upazilas' or minimum from respective working districts.

Salary: Tk. 17250 (Monthly)
