Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing broiler & Layer farm production data, evaluating chick quality, providing technical support to farmers, conducting training programs, and ensuring proper farm management practices. The role also focuses on developing model and antibiotic residue-free farms, coordinating with customer service teams, and preparing regular reports to improve farm productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze broiler & Layer farm production lifecycle data.
Monitor 15–20 model farms per district and evaluate farm performance.
Conduct chick quality assessment and troubleshoot farm-related issues.
Provide technical support, treatment guidance, and biosecurity recommendations.
Conduct farmer training and develop around 20 farmers per month.
Coordinate with customer service teams, agents, and farmers.
Develop model and antibiotic residue-free farms.
Conduct farm visits, competitor analysis, and prepare management reports
