Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment of security personnel as per approved criteria.
∎ Regular checking of security personnel both during day and night.
∎ Ensure well-dressed security guard/ post supervisor while on duty.
∎ Collect feedback from clienteles on regular basis and take appropriate measure to maintain service quality.
∎ Carryout deployment, withdrawal, posting, and replacement of security personnel as per instruction.
∎ Look after welfare of security personnel within own area of operations.
∎ Ensure timely uniform distribution and delivery of cleaning materials to posts as require.
∎ Make proper duty management plan as per requirement.
∎ Report incident, carryout investigation and submit report when required.
∎ Prepare daily operations reports and submit to In-Charge.
∎ Attend weekly/monthly operation meeting and update senior management accordingly.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task given by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Security Patrolling, Supervision, Security Service.
Salary: Negotiable
