Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline; this may be relaxed for Diploma in Agriculture.

• At least 5 years

• At least 05 years’ relevant working experience in any National/International NGO.

• Good community mobilization, consultation and session facilitation skills.

• Coordination and maintain liaison with communities, civil society groups and local stakeholders.

• Skills in Community Consultation and Process Facilitation.

• Effective Problem solver.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and Bengali.

• Ability to work remotely in the field.

• Good understanding on issues related to gender equity and protection.

• Proficient in MS Office tools( Word, Excel).

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for "Agro -Technology Transfer (ATT)" project in partnership with OPEC fund for International Development. The goal of the project is economically empowering the underprivileged women and smallholder farmer’s households through strengthening the capacity for increasing production, enhancing access to market for fair price of the selected value chain crops. DAM will implement the one year long ATT project in Kalapara upazilla under Patuakhali district.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the implementation of union level activities and will act as the focal point at the Union.
• S/he will be responsible for local level coordination to ensure community and administration’s buy-in; provide systematic feedback for smooth implementation of project activities in the respective Unions under Kalapara Upazila.
• Prepare report & success story as per project need.
• S/he will be responsible for implementing all activities- Training /orientation conduction , LSP selection, project beneficiary selection ,Community Mobilization, conduct technical session in group, Union level coordination etc.
• Field Organizer will report to the respective Project Coordinator.
• Any other tasks assigned by Project coordinator.
