Dinmajur Platform Service is a fast-growing startup providing on-demand home services through a digital platform. We are building a reliable, professional, and customer-focused service ecosystem.

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and field-oriented female intern who can work directly in different areas, manage field activities, and help expand our service network.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls with customers and service providers professionally

• Lead and manage field workers across assigned territories

• Register and onboard new service providers from field locations

• Coordinate daily service operations and team activities

• Visit field locations regularly to monitor quality and performance

• Collect customer feedback and ensure service improvement

• Support planning and execution of growth and expansion initiatives

• Suggest new ideas to improve service quality and operations

Requirements

• Female candidate (preferred for field coordination roles)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to work in the field (Dhaka & Chittagong areas)

• Ability to manage teams and handle real-time challenges

• Basic understanding of operations and customer service

Special Preference

• Candidates with NGO or fieldwork experience will be highly preferred

• Experience in community engagement, registration drives, or field team management is a strong advantage

• Must be able to travel between Dhaka and Chittagong
