Job Context:
∎ LOCATION: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
∎ REPORTING TO: Chairman of The Prerona Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out day to day the activities to ensure proper disburse and collect loan of high amount on daily basis
∎ Must be capable to collect loan, dues from loan members on a regular basis.
∎ Must have capability to admit high volume of loan members.
∎ Maintain good relationship and networking to increase beneficiaries for the organization.
∎ Must be energetic and have positive mentality to achieve organizational goals
∎ To keep record of loan collection and reimbursement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel) and the use of internet
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English (speaking and writing)
∎ Ability to coordinate
∎ Strong analytical and reporting skills
∎ Strong motivation to work on the emergency situation.
∎ Social Work Minded
∎ Team Spirit
∎ Flexible and adaptability
∎ Demonstrate sound work ethics
∎ Maximum 2 years of experience in similar position

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ One Days' Weekend leave (Friday) and other leave as per organization policy, One Festival Bonus (Gross) per year, Mobile Allowance.
