Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing and submission of work plans, work reports.
Working directly at the community level- (group formation, conducting issue-based discussion meetings, saving and other activities including debt recovery and resolution).
Participating in weekly staff meetings at specific time.
100% recovery of loans and savings.
The borrowers and the members of the association (samity) must be properly selected.
The report must be submitted every month at the scheduled time.
Be diligent in upholding and obeying the rules and regulations of the organization.
To carry out any other duties assigned by the organization during the scheduled working hours.
