• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Preparing and submission of work plans and work reports

• Regularly completing the assigned work in the area by driving a motorcycle (Must have own vehicle)

• Participating in weekly staff meetings at specific time

• Providing necessary support to the concerned supervisor in the implementation of field activities

• Discussion should be done on topic and should be implemented. Submitting progress report every month

• The report must be submitted every month at the scheduled time

• Collecting outstanding loans and savings by working outside of specified hours or on holidays

• Presenting new ideas for the development of the area in weekly/monthly meetings

• To keep the reputation of the organization intact

• Be diligent in upholding and obeying the rules and regulations of the organization

• Completing the target within the specified time

• To carry out any other duties assigned by the organization during the scheduled working hours.
