Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Field Officer (Corn Integration) to oversee field operations, support contract farmers, and ensure smooth implementation of company projects in assigned regions. The position involves farmer coordination and ensuring the productivity of Agrocrops.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, enroll, and maintain a database of contract and partner farmers.
Supervise and implement field activities such as planting, fertilizer application, pest control, and harvesting.
Conduct regular field visits, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with project protocols and GAP.
Organize training sessions and demonstrations on hybrid maize cultivation and input management.
Monitor crop growth, pest/disease conditions, and assist in yield estimation.
Collect and manage field data on sowing, input usage, loan, yield, and sales; prepare regular progress reports.
Distribute seeds, fertilizers, and other inputs as per company policy and ensure proper documentation.
Support loan recovery, procurement, and post-harvest maize collection.
Maintain close coordination with farmers, local authorities, dealers, and procurement teams.
Promote Nourish maize seeds and agro-products in the assigned areas.
Report field activities to the Project In-Charge/Area Manager and maintain communication with Head Office.
