Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duty station: Galachipa, Patuakhali
∎ Contract duration: Project Period.
∎ Reports to: Project Manager
∎ Coordinates with Project implementation team in Max Nutri WASH Project and Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) HQ project implementation team
∎ Max Foundation: Regional and Country office staff members as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
∎ Plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project
∎ Develop different kind of quality documentations, stories considering project progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials
∎ Ensure monitoring reports on regular basis.
∎ INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and recommend the further measures for ensuring quality progress
∎ Monitor the program activities and responsible for coordination, collection and compilation of data on a regular basis (weekly/ monthl/ quarterly or as decided by the management
∎ Ensure report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team
∎ Responsible to implement the M&E related Work and preparation of M & E reports
∎ COORDINATION, NETWORKING AND CAPACITY STRENGTHENING Increase capacity of the project staff and facilitators on M&E system
∎ Participate in meetings on M&E, & with other relevant stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience, preferable monitoring.
∎ Should have skills on Excel work sheet.

Salary: Tk. 31500 (Monthly)
