Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and manage a territory-wise field force (Medical Promotion Officers - MPOs).
∎ Plan and allocate territory-specific yearly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Prepare and maintain a territory-wise doctor list.
∎ Design MPO-specific work routes for optimal coverage.
∎ Develop and monitor customer-specific yearly and monthly business plans.
∎ Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
∎ Monitor field force activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
∎ Drive target achievement and keep the team motivated.
∎ Identify and implement strategies for developing weaker MPOs or territories.
