Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage a territory-wise field force (Medical Promotion Officers - MPOs).

• Plan and allocate territory-specific yearly and monthly sales targets.

• Prepare and maintain a territory-wise doctor list.

• Design MPO-specific work routes for optimal coverage.

• Develop and monitor customer-specific yearly and monthly business plans.

• Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team.

• Monitor field force activities to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Drive target achievement and keep the team motivated.

• Identify and implement strategies for developing weaker MPOs or territories.
