Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection and formation of CSO and HRD from climate vulnerable marginalized communities.
∎ Monitoring of the work of local HRD and their CSO, participation in their meetings.
∎ Monitoring of dialogue meetings between civil society and authorities.
∎ Monitoring of the activities of student forums at high schools.
∎ Communication with local authorities.
∎ Support and follow-up of RTI requests.
∎ Coordination of public events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years’ experience in working on similar nature project in any national or international organizations.
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women’s rights, domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts including Rights to Information act.
∎ Skills on target group selection from Marginalized climate vulnerable communities.
∎ Experience on community mobilization and participatory training, dialogue, meeting, workshop facilitation.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16500 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity, Leave Benefit and Insurance as per policy.
