Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree with 2 years or HSC/equivalent with at least 3 years' experience.

Job Context:
∎ Starting date 15 July 2019
∎ Contract duration Initially up to 15 October 2019 (renewable)
∎ Contract type Full time
∎ Reports to Assistant Project Officer-Infrastructure
∎ Coordinates with Project Officer-Infrastructure, Administration & Finance Officer and Communications Officer
∎ Technical referent Assistant Project Officer-Infrastructure
∎ Direct line manager of Volunteers

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project implementation:
∎ Facilitate situation analysis, baseline survey, other study and identify project beneficiaries.
∎ Perform necessary tasks for distribution of shelter/NFI and site improvement materials to the targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure household owners, laborers are following project implementation guidelines to complete project activities within the agreed timeframe and to the highest standards.
∎ Identify suitable spot for hardware interventions.
∎ Implement project activities at field level and report daily activities and achievements to the line manager.
∎ Support and supervise the activities of volunteers.
∎ Information management and reporting:
∎ Assess needs of shelter/NFI and site improvement activities at Camp level.
∎ Lead data collection and record keeping measuring the progress of planned activities.
∎ Coordination, networking and advocacy:
∎ Coordinate with the local community leaders, Majhi and identify the location for implementation project activities.
∎ Capacity Strengthening:
∎ Conduct training/Orientation session to the beneficiaries on different topics of shelter/NFI and site improvement.
∎ Participate in different trainings nominated by the line manager.
∎ Financial Management and logistics:
∎ Monitor the proper use of materials, financial and human resources at field level.
∎ Organize proper storage for the NFIs at field level.
∎ Safety and Security:
∎ Provide timely incident report to the line manager as needed.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the project materials at field level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Priority will be given to the candidates who have experience in Rohingya response.
∎ Working experience with NGOs.
∎ Professional requirements:
∎ Keep strong coordination with other implementing agencies at field level.
∎ Skills on community mobilization.
∎ Skills on training/session facilitations.
∎ Language:
∎ Local and Rohingya language is an asset.
∎ Personal requirements:
∎ Must be a permanent resident of Ukhia or Teknaf Upazila, Cox's Bazar.

Salary:
∎ Starting salary (consolidated) BDT. 20,000 + Conveyance + Air time + Field allowance
