Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Social Science/ relevant degree from any government-recognized university.

Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 14 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Field Facilitator of its USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activities (BNA) Project, based in any Upazilla of Barisal/Patuakhali/Pirojpur/Barguna/Bhola/Jhalokati District. He/She will be responsible for providing necessary support to Bangladesh Nutrition Activity at Upazilla level.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Upazilla level all Market and Community level BNA activities as per annual work plan.
∎ Prepare monthly plan, implement the activities in time and report to supervisors.
∎ Organize and conduct various training, orientation, meeting, coaching with the vendors, Homestead Garden owners, women groups & community peoples as per plan.
∎ Support project activities through regular field visit.
∎ Regular field visit for planned activities implementation.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit to her/his supervisor in time.
∎ Regular data collection from filed and input to Kobo link or as per assigned link, apps or website.
∎ Develop linkage with the market system actors for better achievements.
∎ Prepare regular insight story, success story and submit in time.
∎ Maintain regular coordination and communication with the government field officials and LGIs like; UP Chairman, UNO, UH&FPO, DAE, DoF, DLS, DPHE and other relevant stakeholders like; MMC, BA, Religious leaders, donors and other BNA Partner filed personnel etc.
∎ Conduct various awareness events.
∎ Submit to report and bill Voucher in time.
∎ Support M&E team in collecting data/information
∎ Support to internal/external visit team
∎ Participate in the government monthly coordination meeting at Upazilla level.
∎ Maintain regular communication with direct supervisor and Project Director.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 03 (Three) years' experience in similar position in NGO/INGO.
∎ Able to drive motor bike with valid driving license.
∎ Have motivation to stay at Upazilla level and work with market vendors, Farming households, community peoples, GoB departments, civil Society, NGO and development partners
∎ Working experience with USAID funded nutrition and/or market system project will add value.
∎ Excellent computer skills in word, excel and internet using is an advantage.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
